Role summary: The Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the planning and coordination of modular execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assortment initiatives. This role oversees resource allocation, monitors progress, and addresses risks to meet business objectives. Acting as a subject-matter expert, the manager provides guidance and mentorship to associates while fostering operational excellence. Effective cross-functional communication and continuous improvement are essential to support strategic goals. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
