Role summary: The Senior Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the strategic planning and execution of modular and relay initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. This role oversees resource management, operational standards, and cross-functional collaboration to drive consistent execution quality across store formats. By fostering continuous improvement and mentoring emerging leaders, the position supports business priorities through target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">https://one.walmart.com/notices. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 5 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, including 2 years’ experience leading teams or cross-functional programs.
Option 2: 7 years’ progressive experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale relay/mod initiatives.
