What you'll do...
Role summary: The Senior Manager, Marketplace Strategic Initiatives leads strategic pricing, site, and marketing initiatives for Walmart Marketplace’s Entertainment, Toys, and Seasonal Division. This role focuses on ensuring competitive positioning and optimized traffic for third-party sellers. Collaborating across divisions and functions, the team drives business process improvements and leverages data analytics to enhance customer experience. With a commitment to operational excellence and strategic decision-making, this individual will support Walmart’s mission to provide value and convenience. About the team: The Marketplace Strategic Initiatives, Entertainment Toys and Seasonal (ETS) division, team leads the development and execution of strategic projects to enhance marketplace performance and drive business growth. This team is focused on analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
