Job Purpose
As a Associate you will be responsible for development and performance of all sales strategies in assigned market, drive primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence. You will supervise/manage distributor network to achieve sales objectives ensuring achievement of financial and ethical objectives as per business strategy.
Authority to develop customer management plan, approve expiry products, issue credit note, recommend appointment and credit limits of distributors, develop, execute & plan resource utilization and participate in Strategy Execution review meetings to ensure alignment.
You have a very important role to play in Division's success.

Area Business Planning:
Plan monthly and quarterly business, Trade activation, overall salesPlan demand generation and fulfilmentMonitor Sales, mid-course corrections to reduce variancePrescription audit for Abbott and competitors brandsCreate and update customer list of doctors / chemist (Trade)Identify potential town, appoint distributor and customersBusiness generation & development:
Achieve Sales targets by promoting companies product ethicallyScience base discussion with Doctor and chemistOrganizing Camps (CME), activations for brand visibilityPlan merchandising and sampling activityFacilitate new product launch and customer targetingExecute customer management plan:a. 100% coverage of Doctors

Brand Management:
Ensure visibility of Abbott brands on retailers outletMake productive call every dayRecommend appointment of distributorEnsure stock and sales statements and claims settlementCustomer Management:
