Job purpose
The Validation Laboratory Operations Leader is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing validation activities for Validation Lab. This role ensures efficient utilization of validation equipment, managing daily operations activities including maintenance and calibration, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Your responsibilities
Plan and optimize the use of validation laboratory equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and availability
Prepare and manage test schedules, priorities, and resource allocation in line with project requirements
Supervise maintenance activities to ensure proper functioning, reliability, and availability of laboratory equipment
Coordinate and oversee calibration activities for validation machines, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards
Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and readiness of laboratory equipment
Coordinate all purchasing activities in department
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and laboratory best practices
What we’re looking for
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field) or relevant technical background
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Travel is required, at the initial stage, for extended period of time. Then, up to 15% of the time

Recruitment process
CV Review - Your application and CV will be reviewed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the role requirements.
Phone Interview (approximately 30 minutes) - This initial conversation is designed to discuss your background, expectations, and answer any preliminary questions.
Technical Interview(s) (1 to 1.5 hours, one or two rounds) - Conducted in English with the manager and an additional team member, this stage focuses on evaluating your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The interview can be held via Teams or at our office.
Final Interview (45 minutes) - A meeting with a representative from the HR department to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps. This interview might also take place via Teams or at our office.
