The Role
The Vice President for B2B Growth & Thought Leadership Marketing in Stock Plan Services (SPS) is responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, consideration and lead generation in support of client acquisition, development and retention goals. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, including thought leadership & content marketing, digital engagement, demand generation and events that position SPS as a leader in the market.
You will lead a dedicated marketing team within our broader SPS marketing organization and collaborate closely with sales, relationship management, product and thought leadership partners on program strategy, design and execution. You and your team will use >TheExpertiseandSkillsYouBring
Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides companies with outstanding administration for their equity compensation programs, including stock option, restricted stock, employee stock purchase, stock appreciation and performance plans. The base salary range for this position is $125,000-258,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
