
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Vice President, Business Analytics Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Strategic development and execution of advanced analytics for the Citi US Consumer Cards Retention program, encompassing both Account Retention and Pre-emptive Retention. Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns across Phones, Digital, and Email channels, translating insights into targeted omni-channel marketing recommendations. Project management to build consensus and to maximize revenue and optimize portfolio value within the credit card business. Design, implement, and evaluate experimental designs, including A/B tests, partial-factorial, and full-factorial experimental designs, for testing new offers, products, strategies, and Existing Customer Management (ECM) initiatives. Provide actionable insights to continuously refine and recommend future offerings and strategies across all retention channels. Manage advanced segmentation and targeting models for credit card retention campaigns. Establish robust forecasting and performance measurement methodologies to predict and track impact.
