VP/Director - Electronic Trading Governance & Controls (AMRS eFICC Rates)
Join the Electronic Trading Product Governance & Controls team, a front-office group working across all FICC businesses in partnership with Trading, Technology, Quant, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
This role combines quantitative, technical, and business expertise to deliver Electronic Trading platforms e.g. Algorithms to trading desks, while serving as a subject matter expert on electronic trading governance and controls. You will also support global regulatory initiatives and collaborate across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Lines of Defense.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the FICC E-Trading & Market Structure team. This front-office, in-business team operates horizontally across all FICC lines of business, partnering closely with Trading, Technology, Quant, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, supporting electronic trading governance, and driving regulatory initiatives across global markets.
