
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR leader to partner with our Chief Financial Officer and Commercial leadership team in driving organisational transformation across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Commercial functions.
This is a high-impact strategic HR Business Partner role supporting approximately 700 employees across multiple international locations. You will play a key role in designing future-ready organisations, enabling large-scale transformation, and ensuring our people strategy directly supports business performance and operational excellence.

Your Impact
As the strategic HR partner to the CFO organisation and Commercial functions, you will:
Partner directly with senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Commercial to shape business and people strategies.
Lead organisational design and Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives that improve effectiveness, scalability, and governance.
Drive transformation programmes with a strong focus on Procurement and IT operating model evolution.
Develop workforce strategies that build future capabilities in digital, analytics, finance, and strategic sourcing.
Enable leadership teams through coaching, organisational effectiveness, and change management.
Align talent, succession, learning, and reward strategies with business priorities.
Use data and workforce analytics to guide organisational decisions and measure transformation success.
Collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, high-impact people solutions.
