Job Title: VP, Marketing Strategy (Rock, Alternative, & Country)

A little bit about our team:

The Marketing department at Warner Records is the strategic engine of the label. We don't just disseminate information; we architect the global trajectory of our artists. Our mission is to develop avenues for market penetration through rigorous research, creative disruption, and front-line campaign leadership. From ideation to post-mortem, we are responsible for working with each team to develop integrated marketing plans that drive consumption, increase market share, and build global fandoms.

Your role:

As a VP, Marketing Strategy, you will serve as the chief strategist for a diverse roster ranging from emerging talent to global icons. You will be expected to leverage a deep understanding of the Rock, Alternative, and Country landscapes to build distinct, competitive identities for our artists. This is a high-visibility role that requires a blend of creative intuition and >Warner Music Group: Independent Minds. Major Sound.
