VP Product Management - Managed CareProvides leadership and oversight for multiple product teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery aligned with product strategy and business outcomes. Guides capacity planning, dependency management, and prioritization practices across teams. Partners with Product and development leaders to ensure requirements, intake processes, and delivery standards are well defined and scalable. Reviews performance metrics and KPIs to assess efficiency, quality, and delivery health, and ensures appropriate representation of technical and non‑functional initiatives in planning and execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set product vision & roadmap
Establishes and owns enterprise‑level product vision and multi‑year roadmaps across portfolios, aligning to corporate strategy, growth objectives, and platform direction.
Leads strategic planning and investment prioritization, balancing innovation, client value, architectural constraints, and long‑term scalability.
Partners with development team leaders to align scope, sequencing, funding, and strategic tradeoffs.
Defines enterprise‑level outcomes (OKRs) and communicates product strategy, progress, and risks to senior executive stakeholders.
Oversee, coordinate & support development work
Provides executive oversight of delivery across products, ensuring alignment between product strategy, technical execution, and client outcomes.
Oversees capacity planning, balancing new development, enhancements, and technical health initiatives.
Ensures delivery execution aligns with architectural standards, dependency management.
Owns accountability for multiple product KPIs and contributions to business performance, growth, and efficiency objectives.
Tactical
Maintains an enterprise‑wide view of business processes, platforms, and system ecosystems impacting product strategy and execution.
Evaluates and approves major product, platform, and operating model changes, assessing enterprise impact, risk, and return on investment.
Acts as a senior executive escalation point, resolving complex cross‑organizational conflicts related to priorities, dependencies, and delivery risk.
Establishes governance for product lifecycle management, technical quality, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Licenses as needed. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience
Ten+ (10) years’ experience in product strategy, product management or requirements intake role.
Experience leading Directors, senior product leaders, and large product organizations required.
Proven experience owning enterprise‑level product portfolios and strategic investment decisions.
Skills & Knowledge
Expertise in enterprise product strategy, portfolio management, and investment governance
Ability to translate corporate strategy into product vision, operating models, and execution frameworks
Strong executive‑level judgment balancing growth, client value, technical health, risk, and financial outcomes
Advanced ability to lead complex, high‑stakes discussions with C‑suite, business, and technology leaders
Deep understanding of technology platforms, architecture strategy, and system ecosystems
Proven capability to lead leaders, shape organizations, and build high‑performance product cultures
