Responsibilities:

Promote VPS

Plan, organize, conduct and follow up VPS@Work events

Facilitate VPS@Work teams supporting VPS Manager

Track and report VPS@Work results supporting VPS Manager

Communicate VPS related information

Suggest continually improve training materials and techniques

Delivery information to VPS Manager for monthly KPI report related by VPS

Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineer or related
• At least 3 years experience in similar position
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools
• Automotive industry experience is required
• English
