Aristocrat is looking for an experienced Warehouse Store person with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement Excellence to focus on managing the efficient Co-ordination of Service Parts Fulfillment, EGMs & Game-Kit Conversions for our Victoria Warehouse.
As a store person, you will be required to facilitate the movement and storage of material with a high degree of accuracy within the Aristocrat Victoria warehouse, including Receiving, Dispatch, Pre-Deployment Preparation, whilst maintaining high-quality housekeeping standards and Inventory Accuracies. Your role will support the field service team, ensuring that they are provisioned to carry out their duties of Preventive Maintenance, remedial maintenance and scheduled Deployment of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and associated products. What You'll Do
- Receive Goods Inward with a focus on Service Parts, EGMs, and Game-kit Conversions from various Manufacturers, including Aristocrat Technologies.
- Prepare and Test EGMs & Game-kit Conversions as per Work Order Requirements, adhering strictly to Quality First policies and ensuring the accurate completion of Quality Assurance documentation.
- Maintain adequate Inventory levels of Parts to prevent shortages and meet agreed SLAs for Field Technicians and New Installs.
- Manage Returned EGMs, including the removal of Locks and Sorting EGMs.
- Coordinate the Trade EGMs Disposal process, including regulatory applications and liaising with manufacturers.
- Dispatch Sales Orders and ensure accurate Revenue recognition.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship goods to field, AIC, and External Repairers.
- Maintain Inventory accuracy through regular Cycle Counts and System Transactions.
- Demonstrate understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles.
- Apply computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems.
- Exhibit integrity, responsibility, and strong time management.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in electronic service industry.
- Experience with hand tools, mechanically minded.
- Ability to acquire and maintain Victorian Gaming Industry Employee license.
- Forklift License with High Reach Experience.
- Warehouse Management System experience; Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
