
We are looking for a Warranty Operations Analyst to drive and optimize in-warranty and extended warranty operations across Europe, covering Sony's consumer and professional product portfolios.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with central and local customer service teams, service partners and internal partners to ensure efficient, compliant and high-quality warranty processes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
You will:
Validate warranty claims in accordance with EU regulations, company policies and contractual agreements
Ensure accurate and consistent application of legal, commercial and extended warranty
Act as an escalation point for complex customer cases, disputes and goodwill decisions
Collaborate closely with customer service, information system, engineering, finance & controlling departments and authorized repair partners across Europe
Ensure clear, accurate and compliant communication regarding warranty coverage and customer rights
Manage and continuously improve extended warranty programs, including coordination with third-party providers
Identify inefficiencies and drive process & application improvements, automation and standardization initiatives
