Job Summary:
As a Vice President of Trading Services within our team, you will act as the functional owner and executive of a cluster of processes delivered by the team. You will ensure the overall execution of the process, including the design and adherence to the control framework. Your primary responsibility will be to develop talent, grow their knowledge of the process, and drive the transformation of the process to ensure integrity and audit-readiness. You will have a seat at the global table, expected to lead strategically and deliver lasting improvements across the ecosystem.

Required Skills

10 years of experience in trading services, investment banking, or a related role.Proven experience in leading and managing a team at a senior level.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
