Deine Rolle

Als Werkstudent im Bereich Channel Sales unterstützt Du unser deutsches Channel-Team bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebspartnern, Systemhäusern und Fachhandelspartnern. Dabei erhältst Du spannende Einblicke in moderne B2B-Kommunikations- und Collaboration-Lösungen sowie in die Prozesse des indirekten Vertriebs.

Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Channel Managern, Partner Account Managern sowie internen Teams aus Marketing, Presales und Operations zusammen und unterstützt bei organisatorischen, analytischen und vertriebsnahen Aufgaben.

Die Tätigkeit ist auf eine regelmäßige Mitarbeit von 15–20 Stunden pro Woche ausgelegt.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Mitel Channel Teams Deutschland im Tagesgeschäft
• Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Partnerterminen, Workshops und Veranstaltungen
  • (Agenda, Präsentationen, Gesprächsnotizen, Follow-ups)
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Partner- und Vertriebsinformationen in CRM-Systemen
• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Partnerkampagnen, Webinaren und Events
• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von:
  • Partner-Präsentationen
  • Vertriebsunterlagen
  • Reports und Analysen
• Recherche zu Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Channel-Themen
• Unterstützung bei Partnerkommunikation und internen Abstimmungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Channel Management, Marketing, Presales und weiteren Fachbereichen

Dein Profil

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), z. B. in:

BWL, Wirtschafts-/Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Kommunikation oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen

• Interesse an Technologie, IT, Telekommunikation und B2B-Vertrieb

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Hochschulprojekte sind von Vorteil

• Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel)

• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und Organisation

• Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

To strengthen our Channel Team in Germany, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in Sales and Partner Management.

Your Role

As a working student in Channel Sales, you will support our German channel team in collaborating with sales partners, system integrators, and specialized trade partners. You will gain exciting insights into modern B2B communication and collaboration solutions as well as into the processes of indirect sales.

You will work closely with experienced Channel Managers, Partner Account Managers, and internal teams from Marketing, Presales, and Operations, supporting them with organizational, analytical, and sales-related tasks.

The position is designed for a regular workload of 15–20 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Mitel Channel Team Germany in daily business operations
• Preparation and follow-up of partner meetings, workshops, and events
  (agenda, presentations, meeting notes, follow-ups)
• Maintenance and updating of partner and sales information in CRM systems
• Support in planning and executing partner campaigns, webinars, and events
• Creation and preparation of:
  • Partner presentations
  • Sales materials
  • Reports and analyses
• Research on market, competitor, and channel topics
• Support in partner communication and internal coordination
• Collaboration with Channel Management, Marketing, Presales, and other departments

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g. in:
  • Business Administration, Industrial Engineering / Engineering, (Business) Informatics, Communication, or comparable fields
• Interest in technology, IT, telecommunications, and B2B sales
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student roles, or university projects is an advantage
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork and organization
• Very good German and good English skills
