Wholesale Sales Support (Fixed Term)

Key responsibilities:

• SupportingtheWholesale (PB & Retail)businessteam inday-to-day activities.

• Licensing requirement for performing Sales Support in Singapore

Main tasks

• Primaryobjectiveis to provide sales, accountmanagementand client relationship support to enable theWholesalesales team to meet their annual run rate revenue targets.

• Provide support directly totheWholesaleteam membersin their responsibility of strengthening client relationships,creating cross sell opportunities with existing clients, and in developing new business opportunities.

• Coordination and delivery of RFP/RFIs, presentations and otheradhocclient requests.

• To be a champion of the CRM system, supporting thesales teamsin account planning, maintenance ofmarketinglistsandotheradhocCRM reports as requested by management.

• Logistical support for events or roadshowshosted /attended by sales

• Work with Sales Representativestoattendclient meetingsand eventsthroughthe course of the year.

• Participatein both internal and external sales calls

• Co-ordination with other sales support officers based throughAsia Pacific & the Middle East to ensure consistency andhigh levelsof efficiency.

Minimumrequirements of successful candidate

• 5-7yearsofexperience ina financialsupport role at areputable asset managerin Client Servicing or Sales supportingwholesalebusiness.

• Must be independently motivated and able to manageownworkload, while constantlyseekingto enhance knowledge and continuously improve the support function around the sales teams.

• Complete fluency in written and spoken English is a necessity. Mandarin or any other ASEANlanguagesare a bonus.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
