As a Plan Management Analyst/Associate within our Client Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts. You will work closely with various teams across our operational and IT departments, playing a key role in innovating team processes. You will have the flexibility to manage your workload in a dynamic environment and the chance to collaborate with diverse teams. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, interacting with customers on operational transactions, executing data management and reporting, maintaining procedural documentation, identifying system enhancements, executing projects to improve business operations, and maintaining relations with key partners. Qualifications include excellent communication, numeric and financial analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, commercial acumen, ability to prioritize, and previous client-facing experience. Preferred qualifications include a third-level degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
