RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly and commissioning of X-ray fluorescence spectrometers.
- Assemble components of X-ray spectrometers such as X-ray tubes, detectors, analyzing crystals in accordance with process standards, and conduct functional testing and calibration.
- Participate in trial production of new products, record issues during assembly, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Equipment maintenance and safe operation including regular inspections.
- Comply with radiation protection regulations and avoid direct X-ray exposure during operation.
- Assist engineers in instrument upgrading or maintenance and provide on-site assembly technical support.
- Organize assembly records and test reports to meet quality management requirements.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Technical secondary school education or above in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and familiarity with electrical wiring and non-standard electrical components.
- Experience in assembly and commissioning of non-standard automated equipment.
- Strong teamwork, willingness to work overtime and travel short-term.
- At least 2 years of mechanical assembly experience and proficiency with assembly tools and processes.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly and basic circuits, with priority for precision instrument assembly experience.
