Nous recherchons un(e) Product Manager passionné(e) par l’univers de l’audio, du gaming et des nouvelles technologies pour piloter notre activité Wireless Speakers (Audio) & Gaming sur le marché français, et pour jouer un rôle clé au sein de notre équipe marketing.

Au cœur de la stratégie commerciale et marketing, cette opportunité, vous permettra de contribuer directement à la croissance des gammes Sony Personal Entertainment & INZONE et à renforcer la présence de notre marque en France !

Si vous aimez analyser les tendances, lancer des produits innovants, collaborer avec des équipes internationales et transformer des insights marché en succès commerciaux, ce poste est fait pour vous.

Vous serez amené(e) à :

• Mettre en œuvre et gérer des stratégies commerciales et marketing afin d’améliorer les ventes, les bénéfices et la visibilité de la marque.

• Établir et entretenir des relations positives avec les principaux collaborateurs internes et externes.

• Acquérir une connaissance approfondie du marché afin d’identifier les opportunités et les risques.

• Définir les priorités de la gamme et piloter les lancements de produits.

• Assurer un positionnement efficace de Sony sur le marché en termes de chiffre d’affaires net, de marge brute et de part de marché.

• Favoriser des expériences utilisateur exceptionnelles grâce à la collaboration avec d’autres catégories de produits.

• Développer et renforcer les relations avec les canaux de distribution et les revendeurs afin d’étendre la distribution.

• Analyser les données du marché et examiner les gammes de produits pour garder une longueur d’avance sur la concurrence.

• Coordonner les promotions européennes et soutenir leur mise en œuvre en France.

• Gérer les cycles de vie des produits, y compris les prévisions, le contrôle des stocks, les décisions de tarification et les activations marketing.

Vous apporterez :

• Une expérience avérée dans le marketing produit et la prévision des ventes.

• De solides compétences analytiques et une expérience en reporting commercial.

• D'excellentes aptitudes à établir des relations et à exercer une influence.

• Un esprit d'initiative et la volonté de réussir dans un environnement dynamique.

• Une expertise dans le domaine de l'électronique grand public et une bonne connaissance des concurrents et des détaillants du secteur.

We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for audio, gaming and new technologies to lead our Wireless Speakers (Audio) & Gaming business in the French market and play a key role within our marketing team.

At the heart of our sales and marketing strategy, this role will enable you to contribute directly to the growth of the Sony Personal Entertainment & INZONE ranges and strengthen our brand’s presence in France!

You will:

Implement and manage sales & marketing strategies to improve sales, profit, and brand strength.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external collaborators.
Generate in-depth market knowledge to find opportunities and risks.
Define line-up priorities and drive product launches.
Ensure efficient market positioning for Sony in terms of Net Sales, MP, and market share.
Foster outstanding user experiences through collaboration with other product categories.
Develop and strengthen channel/dealer relationships to expand distribution.
Analyze market data and review product ranges to stay ahead of competitors.
Coordinate European promotions and support their implementation in France.
Manage product life cycles, including forecasting, inventory control, and pricing decisions.

You will bring:

Proven experience in product marketing and sales forecasting.
Strong analytical skills and commercial reporting experience.
Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills.
Entrepreneurial approach with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in consumer electronics and familiarity with industry competitors and retailers.
